CRM Executive
- Setting up monthly collection targets and ensuring to meet the planned collection,
- Ensure proper documentation as per standard practice,
- Ensure total customer satisfaction from Booking to Possession
- Possession line up, coordination possession-related queries to respective departments.
- Presenting the various MIS to the management
- Focusing on timely payment collection by the customer/bank/client.
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Tech-savvy and system-oriented
- Should have minimum experience of 2-5 years in Real Estate
Marketing Manager
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Online and offline marketing.
- Manage relations with clients.
- Help clients in loan and documentation.

Engineer BE (Civil)
- Experience: 5 years+
- Candidate should have experience in construction projects with detail engineering documents review, quality control, inspections and test plans, and method statements.
